1 / Introduction

Welcome to Pelonia, a SaaS application developed and operated by Supertrust AB ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Pelonia, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use Pelonia.

2 / Service Description

Pelonia is a platform that enables companies to manage and collaborate on security, privacy, and compliance documentation in one centralized location.

Additionally, Pelonia provides a public Security Hub page for showcasing your security posture to your customers and potential customers. Visitors of the Security Hub can request access to view restricted content, and Pelonia allows you to manage these requests as well as users with full access.

3 / Account Creation

To access Pelonia, Users must create an account. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. During the registration process, Users are required to provide accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their account. We recommend using strong passwords and changing them periodically.

4 / Subscription Model

Pelonia operates on a paid subscription basis, with a 14-day free trial period. Payment is managed through invoicing, and by subscribing, Users agree to pay the subscription fees as per the invoicing terms. No refunds will be provided once a payment is processed.

5 / User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information and documentation they present on Pelonia.

Users must not share their login credentials with unauthorized individuals. As Pelonia allows Users to manage and view personal data of individuals who request full access to the Security Hub (including name, email, company, country, and point of contact),

Users are responsible for handling this data securely and must not share it with unauthorized parties.

6 / Data Handling and Privacy

Pelonia collects and processes the following types of data:

Full name
Email address
Company name

We utilize third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, AWS, Slack, Intercom, Google products (Gmail, Calendar), Resend, and Mixpanel to provide and enhance our services. Users consent to the collection, use, and storage of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7 / Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained until the User requests deletion or account termination. If an account remains inactive for six months, we may delete the data. Users can request data deletion or account termination at any time by contacting support@pelonia.ai.

8 / Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use Pelonia for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Providing false or misleading information on the Security Hub.
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Mismanaging or improperly disclosing the personal data of individuals who request full access to the Security Hub.

9 / Termination and Suspension

Supertrust AB reserves the right to terminate or suspend User accounts at its discretion if Users violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the integrity of the Pelonia platform or its Users. No refunds will be provided upon termination.

10 / Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be governed by Swedish law. Users agree to resolve disputes through the standard procedures as prescribed by Swedish law.

11 / Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supertrust AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Pelonia. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of Pelonia is at their own risk.

11 / Warranties

Pelonia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Supertrust AB makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or performance of Pelonia.

12 / Amendments to the Terms

Supertrust AB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of Pelonia after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13 / Amendments to the Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Supertrust AB and the User concerning the use of Pelonia.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: Users may not transfer or assign their rights under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of Supertrust AB.

14 / Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Supertrust AB and the User concerning the use of Pelonia.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: Users may not transfer or assign their rights under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of Supertrust AB.
